At DND Dice, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new equipment doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Securely pack the items in their original bags or boxes, ensuring all tags remain attached and the product is in its original condition.

  Ship the Items

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
